using online calculators
and the blank forms available under
Calorie Calculators on the top
frame.
Added
exercise and started controlling portion size of food and drink.
Using
portion control & low
fat tips for healthy eating at home and dining out.
Reading food/drink labels
and selecting lower fat, lower calorie items. Determined
your Target Heart Rate - added aerobic
exercise to routine.
Eating
healthy at home and in restaurants and avoiding fad diets.
Included weights/strength training in your fitness program.
Using
the ABC approach to behavior change
Added
flexibility/stretching exercises to your fitness program.
